Race execution and open water swim clinics in July

I will be conducting a race execution clinic on Saturday July 13th at 12.30 pm for athletes doing the Shadow Creek Triathlon in Pearland, TX. It is suitable for beginners and advanced levels to ensure a safe and enjoyable race experience. The clinic will be at the race site and last about 45 minutes.

Sunday 14th July will be my next Open Water Swim Clinic at Lake 288 in Houston. The clinic will begin at 8.00 am and run until about 9.30 am. I will cover key skills in executing a competent open water swim. $10 fee to enter the lake, $10 fee for the clinic. Bring your USAT ID card, swim cap and goggles!
