           COACHING CONSULT

 

Need a review of your current training? Stuck in a rut and need a new approach? Got a big event coming up and not sure if your are on track? Then a coaching consult is ideal for you. Schedule a one hour review to clarify goals, analyze the current situation and discuss ways forward - it's an ideal way to get a fresh perspective on your training and put you on the path to improvement.

           BESTFIT COACHING PLANS

Specially designed with you in mind, your BestFit coaching plan is customized to your lifestyle, levels of fitness and triathlon goals. Each BestFit plan includes a detailed online workout plan in each discipline and regular  check-ins by phone and email with Coach Peter.

           CAMPS AND CLINICS

 

Various camps and clinics are held throughout the season, especially for open water swimming. Recent campers, including complete beginners, went on to podium finishes in local sprint tri's while others  completed their first 70.3 and Ironman distance races.

Have fun, meet new friends and receive top quality coaching at the Triathlon Skills Camp scheduled for Feb 3rd 2024 in Brenham TX.

Camp Schedule:
0800 Check-in

0830- 1000 Swim coaching, drills and technique. 
Two coaches on deck to provide instruction for both beginners and more advanced swimmers. 
Max 4 per lane, with lanes for slow, medium and fast pace.

1030-1230 Bike ride, best practices for cycling workouts. 
16 miles out and back on Old Chappell Hill Road. 
Cyclists select their own pace, distance. 
SAG vehicle will follow on this quiet country road. 
Any type of bike is suitable, old or new.
If it has two wheels and a saddle, you are good to go.

1230-1300 Lunch provided. Sandwiches, fruit and snacks.  Transfer to Hohlt park for afternoon session.

1300-1400 Bike care and tire changing

1400-1500 Run drills and 5K run. Walk/jog also OK.

1500-1600 Transitions and Stretching
