Build a race plan to get the most from your event experience

It's 7 days to go until your first triathlon

- do you have a race plan? One of the best ways to ensure you have a great race experience is to write out your plan for the day. It can be as simple as a few points on a sticky note or a page or more of detail - it's up to you! I think the best plans answer 4 questions: 1. Why are you racing?... 2. How are you going to execute the swim, bike, run? 3. How do you expect to feel? 4. How will you handle any problems? Good luck and contact me if you need help!
